The Safety Equipment Expert curriculum combines solution-based sales strategies with safety industry-focused insights and best practices. This comprehensive 150-credit program is divided into three parts:

Product & Safety Regulation (50 credits)
  • Introductory Product Training: Receive brand-agnostic safety product training to become well-versed in safety product offerings.
  • Safety Regulation Training: Stay current with OSHA regulations and standards to better serve your end-user customers.
Purpose (50 credits)
  • Solution Based Sales Training: Improve sales skills through instructor-led training focused on a solution-based sales approach.
    • Discovering Customer Needs: Engage with customers to understand their unique safety requirements.
    • Developing Solutions: Create customized safety solutions that deliver a strong value proposition.
  • Customer Decision-Maker Classes: Understand the sales process from the customer's perspective by focusing on the needs of specific types of buyers.
Performance (3E Supplier Training) – Educate, Equip, Empower (50 credits)
  • Industry Specialized Sales Training: Supplier training focusing on customer application and needs analysis across different industry verticals

Participants can complete the program at their own pace, earning a badge for each knowledge area and receiving a certificate upon completing all three badges. The Product Training offers customizable online courses for self-paced learning, while the Purpose Training and Performance Training are live, instructor-led classes delivered virtually. In-person options are also available upon request.

The Safety Equipment Expert (SEE) certification program is exclusively available for AD Safety Network member companies.
